As a parent, there are two types of subscription that you can take out, these being FIXED TERM or MONTHLY subscriptions.

Any type of subscription gives the user access to all products.

FIXED TERM

A fixed term subscription lasts for a set amount of time. A single payment is taken and the user is given immediate access to the platform for a specific amount of time.

Fixed term subscriptions can be taken for 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly intervals.

MONTHLY

There is no contract or commitment to a monthly subscription, and there is no minimum or maximum duration for a subscription. You can choose to set an end date to your subscription, which can be changed at any time, and you can cancel your subscription whenever you wish. The first payment is taken on subscription, and then payments are taken once a month on the same date after that.

To CANCEL your monthly subscription, click here, click 'edit' next to the subscription that you want to cancel, and select to either cancel the subscription immediately, on a set date, or just before your next payment.
