Why can't I move on to my next test?

There are a few reasons you may not be able to move on to a new BOFA test.

Make sure to check that your subscription has not expired and that you are logged in to your account.

If you have purchased an active subscription and are logged in to your account, it may be that you have not finished the previous test.

There are 3 stages to each BOFA test: Initial Test → Practice Stage → Retest

Completion of the whole test, including the retest stage, is very important. The retest is the stage that builds on what you have learnt and generates a report about which areas you may still be struggling with. You cannot move onto a new test without completing the retest stage of your current test. Adaptive learning schedules your retest so that you are exercising your long-term memory. This means you will be unable to take the retest until the allocated time has passed.

The practice stage questions and retest questions are always different to those asked in the initial test. Unless you retake a test, you will never face the same question twice.
